Wanderer 'Der' Prentis Emiliton

One could say that Wanderer's love of stories is in his blood - his parents were traveling bards, and the early portion of his life was spent venturing from place to place, listening to them regale their tales across Silver Sage. By the time he was three, his parents had settled in Treehollow as a base of operations, living with John and leaving their son with him while they continued to visit other surrounding towns. One day, they never returned, and Wanderer has never determined what happened to them, assuming they must have gone Abroad or fallen ill from some remaining strain of the Great Outbreak.

Ever since then, he has continued to live with John, falling under his tutelage as a Chronicler, observing the culture and history taking place around him to write down for future generations. John, who he sees as a father, nicknamed him little Wanderer, and the name stuck as his preferred title. While he will always wonder what happened to his parents, Wanderer is content with his life in Treehollow, happy to spend time with his close friends, Briar, Bast, and especially his best friend Reno. While he can be shy at times and nervous about his capability of living up to John's legacy, he is determined to one day travel Silver Sage to chronicle the history of its creatures, in a way carrying on the legacy of his parents as well.
